Refund policy

Mindfuel Flow® has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to start a return To start a return, please contact us first at reach@mindfuel-flow.com. We do not provide a return address on our website to ensure every request is reviewed by our team personally. If your request is accepted, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed so that we can make it right for you.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. As all orders are placed through our online store, we will verify your purchase internally using your order number and email address.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at reach@mindfuel-flow.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
